Landscape Management
We’re excited to take care of all your property needs. From weekly maintenance to pruning, our customized annual maintenance programs will keep your property looking spectacular throughout the year.
-
Winter Pruning
Winter Pruning is performed during the months of January, February & March. Pruning is important at this time of year to help control the size and natural shape of plants while they are in their dormancy stage.
-
Spring Open
The Spring Open consists of a full cleanup of the property, including weeding & edging of all planting beds.
-
Mulch Installation
Mulch Installation includes the delivery and installation of double shredded hardwood natural mulch to all planting beds at a depth of approximately 1-2". Mulching planting beds will assist in suppressing weed growth, retaining moisture, and adding nutrients and minerals to soil as it decomposes. It also improves the appearance of the landscape.
-
Granular Fertilization of Beds
Spreading a slow-release natural granular fertilizer to all planting beds to maximize and improve the health and growth potential of all ornamental trees, shrubs, and perennials.
-
Weekly Maintenance
Weekly maintenance visits consist of mowing all lawn areas, blowing off the entire property of debris, weeding all planting beds, and raking out gravel driveways.
-
Bed Management
Bed Management is the removal of weeds, landscape debris and dead plant material from planting beds. Bed management does not include removal of poison ivy, poison oak or poison sumac.
-
In Season Pruning
In Season pruning primarily consists of shaping and contouring all hedge shrubs such as boxwood, ilex, yews, privet, etc. Touching up other shrubs may be necessary at this time as well to maintain a neat, manicured appearance.
-
Fall Close
The Fall Close is performed to help get the property ready for the winter months. At this time all perennials will be cut back, and summer annuals will be removed from beds and planters.
-
Leaf Cleanups
Leaf Cleanup is approximately 3 visits (approximately 10-14 days apart) during the months of November & December to clean up leaves throughout property. The Leaf cleanup includes mulching leaves whenever possible to return nutrients to the soil and provide a natural-broadleaf weed control for the following year.
-
Fall Lawn Renovations
Core aerating and overseeding all lawn areas is necessary when trying to maintain a lush green lawn. This helps reduce compaction, improves drainage and promotes stronger roots for a thicker, healthier lawn the following season.
-
